Provides structured, supportive residential substance use treatment programs for individuals ages 19 years or over who have severe or high-risk substance use concerns that have not been successfully addressed at the community level. Program is 90 days with six to 12 months of aftercare support. Services include assessment, stabilization, treatment, education, family programs, and alternative therapies. Referral required through a health care professional. Individuals attend on a voluntary basis.
