Provincial Youth Concurrent Disorders Program

Provides outpatient psychiatric consultations and assessments, limited treatment, referrals to other community resources, and individual therapy to youth ages 12 to 24 who are experiencing substance use and mental health issues. Also offers education regarding the medical and psychiatric effects of problem substance use, and acts as a liaison between youth and community resources. Works from a harm reduction approach; abstinence from use not required. Physician referral required. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
