Service Description
Group therapy program for adults age 19 and over. Provides group therapy for persons with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, adjustment disorders, and other conditions affecting their mental health. Does not treat people with primary psychotic, cognitive, and/or substance use disorders. Referral from Fraser Health mental health services required.
