Service Description
Supports patients living with psychosis who have not responded well to previous treatments. Aims to reduce emergency visits and admissions to hospital and improve health outcomes and quality of life. Teams work collaboratively with an individual's psychiatrist, family physician, and other health care providers, and offer additional supports to clients. Services include assessments, possible use of antipsychotic medication, and ongoing client monitoring (including metabolic) and reporting. A physician referral is required. Serves Surrey and part of Delta. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
