Provides safe avenue for First Nations clients to provide feedback on health services delivered directly or funded by FNHA, or any BC public health care service. Outlines options available to clients, including restorative ways to heal from health care harms that are grounded in culture; and assists clients to navigate the Health Authority's Patient Care Quality processes. Clients and families may choose to remain anonymous.
