REACH Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Provides same-day access to urgent primary care for people living in East Vancouver who need care for non-life-threatening conditions or injuries that do not require an emergency department. Offers patients access to a team of healthcare professionals to provide immediate care, and also ongoing care through referrals to a range of community services and supports. Patients are assessed and prioritized according to urgency, not on a first-come, first-served basis. Also provides appointments to patients unattached to a physician. Hours are 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 5 pm Sundays and statutory holidays; patients are prioritized according to urgency. The last patient will be seen approximately one hour before closing.
