Service Description

A support line for refugees as well as service providers (including mental health and primary health professionals, settlement workers, and social service providers) working with refugees throughout British Columbia. Provides information, referrals, and case consultation. Service providers can call about assessment for vulnerability, individual and group counselling, and working with interpreters. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by the Province of BC.
