Restorative Justice Program

A non-court alternative for young offenders up to age 17 who have committed less serious offences such as mischief, vandalism, theft, and harassment; may accept young adults over age 17. Forums bring together the victim and offender, as well as supporters for both, where youth acknowledge responsibility for their behaviour, learn how others are affected, and take steps to repair the harm done.
