Richmond Arts Centre/Richmond Cultural Centre

Arts education courses cover a broad spectrum of arts practice and are accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Richmond Arts Centre hours are 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays; call for holiday hours.
