Richmond Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Provides same-day urgent care for individuals with unexpected, non-life-threatening health concerns when the individual is unable to access a family doctor or care provider. Deals with illnesses and injuries that should be addressed by a health care provider within 12 to 24 hours, but do not require the level of service or expertise found in an emergency department (such as sprains and strains, high fever, infections, asthma attacks, new or worsening pain, dehydration/constipation, less serious child illness and injury, and cuts, wounds or skin conditions). Hours are 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 5 pm Sundays and statutory holidays; last patient accepted one hour before closing.
