Rose Harbour

Provides time-limited, subsidized transitional housing and services for women (cisgender and transgender) and non-binary and Two-Spirit individuals with or without children who are impacted by homelessness, abuse or violence, substance misuse, or other issues that make it hard for them to maintain stable housing. Program provides support and information in areas such as life skills, recovery, tenancy readiness, health and well-being, advocacy, referrals, and budgeting; residents must participate in the program, including attending meetings and working towards their goals. Participants may also attend support groups run at Rose Harbour for residents and women in the community. Maximum stay is two years. A risk assessment determines applicant priority for the program. Personal ID is required. No pets allowed. Wheelchair accessible. Applications are available online or from the office. Office hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, and 10 am to 6 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Funded by BC Housing.
