Provides year-round, 24-hour, low-barrier shelter for youth ages 16 to 24 struggling with mental health and substance use; accepts couples. Harm reduction focus. No prescribed maximum stay. Support team includes social workers and youth workers. Youth can self refer in person or by telephone any time of day, or be referred from the community.
