Supports the mental health of seniors and provides outreach to isolated seniors. Activities include Wellness Deliveries, friendly visits and snow removal to seniors who are isolated and in need of more social connection and food security. Wellness Deliveries offer an occasional hot meal, helping hand with groceries, and/or a care package; program builds connections between seniors and younger generations through intergenerational wellness activities.
