Seniors Outreach Programs

Service Description
Supports the mental health of seniors and provides outreach to isolated seniors. Activities include Wellness Connector Training, Caregiver Support Groups, Community Slow Walks, Kitchen Table Conversations, and Neighbourhood Circles. Neighbourhood House on the Go is an outreach tricycle that brings resources, activities, and refreshments to seniors in the community looking for a friendly visit.
