Service Description
Provides activities for older adults such as monthly out-trips, Osteofit classes twice a week, a weekly lunch, and cooking programs. Through the Westside Seniors Peer Support Program, trained peer volunteers provide free confidential counselling and support service for adults age 55 and over. Office hours are 10 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
