Separation Resource Services

Provides orientation to family law for individuals prior to separation or after separation. Services do not include legal advice. Provides an overview of dispute resolution options and legal resources in the community; coaching for effective participation in mediation and self-representation at court; tips on preparing for lawyer interviews; assistance with finding and filling out court forms; and accompaniment to lawyer appointments and/or court. Fees are on a sliding scale.
