Settlement Services

Provides information and referral to assist immigrants, refugees (protected persons and convention refugees), refugee claimants, and temporary foreign workers with settlement and adaptation needs on topics such as immigration, citizenship, English language training, employment services, health care, housing, and Canadian culture. Proof of identification is required to access services. Settlement services are available to all newcomers regardless of which language they speak. Interpretation and translation are offered to newcomers and community agencies.
