Service Description
A VPD initiative to combat the under-reporting of violence against women in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Members of the community can use this tip line to share information about violent incidents against women. Line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is answered by civilian women who are trained professionals.
