Skilled Trades Employment Program (STEP) - Kamloops

Provides free employment connection services for individuals in construction and skilled trades who are ready to work. Services are based on each individual's needs and include one-on-one job coaching and employment counselling, job search assistance, job placement, soft skills coaching, and short-term safety training courses. Operated by the BC Construction Association and funded by Industry Training Authority and the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.
