Skwachays Lodge Aboriginal Hotel and Gallery

Social enterprise model, with hotel guest fees and gallery revenue supporting a program for Indigenous artists. The Artists in Residence program offers 24 affordable rental units for Aboriginal artists who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, as well as providing access to shared artist workshops and programming to support personal and professional development for up to three years. The Urban Aboriginal Fair Trade Gallery is available online and open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week. The Skwachays Lodge is a boutique hotel, with each unique room designed by Indigenous artists and hotel designers.
