Provides one-time emergency loans to low-income individuals and families to help them avoid becoming homeless. Loans can be used for rent or utilities. May provide a loan for up to $1,400 for a single person or up to $1,800 for a family. Serves applicants renting in Aldergrove, Delta, Langley, Surrey, or White Rock. Also works alongside clients to improve their financial literacy through budget planning, workshops, and referrals to community services. Hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
