STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting)

A seven-session program where care providers of children between two and 12 years of age can learn about methods of parenting and providing care, as well as why children misbehave, how to respond to misbehaviour, when to intervene or ignore a child's behavior, how to use effective discipline to establish and maintain boundaries, and how to use communication to build respect and cooperation.
