Coordinates referrals and connection to Fraser Health substance use residential treatment services. Referrals from outside of Fraser Health are accepted from withdrawal management facilities; substance use counsellors/concurrent disorder therapists working in Health Authority funded Mental Health and Substance Use clinics; and clinicians working in acute care, including inpatient social workers. Also accepts referrals from select BC provincial correctional centres; see website for detailed information. Referral forms are available online and must be completed by an appropriate service provider.
