Support and Educational Groups

English and language-specific support and educational groups are offered to immigrant, refugee, and visible minority women who have experienced family violence, sexual assault, or sexual abuse. These facilitated groups allow the sharing of common experiences, and focus on self-esteem, assertiveness, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and resources in the community.
