Service Description
Provides 20 long-term, supportive housing units for single individuals of all genders ages 18 and over who are at risk of homelessness, with the goal of transitioning them into permanent housing. Support services include meals, outreach worker, mental health services, referrals, clothing, personal care items, and harm reduction supplies. Pet are not allowed. Units are wheelchair accessible. Operated in partnership with the Council of Yukon First Nations (CYFN). Funded by Yukon Government.
