Surrey Youth Reaching Home Program

Outreach program that supports youth up to age 24 who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, and who fall outside of eligibility for funding from either Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) or Housing First supports. Services include one-to-one support, connection to income supports, housing related advocacy and landlord mediation, moving assistance, and referral to appropriate resources. Referral from self or other. Hours are primarily from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Government of Canada's Reaching Home: Canada's Homelessness Strategy.
