Service Description

Bicycle shop provides students and the wider community with an accessible environment where they can learn to fix bicycles, share resources, and work together. Gender Liberation Nights for cis women and trans/nonbinary people (6:15 to 9 pm every second Wednesday) and Pride Nights for anyone in the LGBTQ2S+ (6:15 pm to 9 pm every fourth Wednesday of the month) welcome people who are often marginalized in the bike community for an evening of DIY repairs, free access to tools, socialization, and informal mentorship. Also provides professional tune-ups and repairs, as well as access to a DIY tool share; fees are charged. Sells used parts and refurbished bikes and also offers bike rentals. Accepts donations of bikes, helmets, lights, and locks. Hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday, and 11 am to 6 pm Saturdays, with some shop closures on holiday weekends. A social enterprise subsidiary of AMS Bike Co-op.
