23-unit supported independent living residence provides secure and affordable housing, alongside community support services to individuals with a mental illness and those concurrently managing mental health and substance use disorder. Tenants are supported in the development of individual service plans empowering them to assume responsibility for their well-being. Provides life skills training in areas such as household management, budgeting, and vocational skills. Referrals through New Westminster Mental Health Centre. Intake hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Funded by Fraser Health.
