The Station

Provides transitional supportive housing for youth of any gender ages 16 to 21 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or who are transitioning from Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) care to living on their own. Provides five units with bathrooms, shared kitchen and laundry facilities, and three meals per day; two units are wheelchair accessible. Youth are supported to assess their own life skills and develop a plan to acquire the skills necessary to live independently. Cannot accommodate pets. Referrals are from Courtenay MCFD. Funded by MCFD.
