Therapeutic Activation Program for Seniors (TAPS)

Brings adults ages 55 and over together for group activities such as light exercise, shared learning opportunities, health and wellness programs, and a meal with conversation. Serves older adults who are able to independently take part in activities, but who are currently unable to participate in social programs due to lack of support, transportation, mobility, or health challenges. Offered 10 am to 2 pm Thursdays. BNH annual membership required $5 and lunch costs $6 per day. Provided in partnership with the United Way Healthy Aging program; funded by the Government of BC.
