Provides one-on-one support and guidance for women with or without children who have experienced, or are at risk of, abuse, threats, or violence in an intimate relationship, as well as women who have experienced historical sexual abuse and sexual assault. Services include: counselling, legal assistance for child custody and/or criminal court, court accompaniment, financial aid, and translation services, as well as support with medical care, immigration and sponsorship, housing, registering children in school, and exploring education and employment services. Accepts referral from self or other with screening required prior to admission. Funding by Ministry of Justice.
