Service Description
Provides policing to the transit system in Metro Vancouver, across 21 municipalities and one First Nation. Works to reduce victimization and increase safety for customers and staff. Offered in partnership with jurusdictional police and RCMP. Professional Standards Unit handles complaints, by phone or through an online form. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Call or text to report a non-emergency situation, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In an emergency, call 911.
