Transition to New Beginnings

Provides semi-independent transitional housing with low-to-moderate structure for women, pregnant women or women with children up to age three; women may be struggling with or have a history of substance misuse focus. Mothers focus on best outcomes for their child and themselves while developing long-term abstinence and stable housing plans. Services include case management, referrals, relapse prevention planning, assistance with establishing healthy goals, and securing stable housing. Maximum stay is 90 days. Single women are referred through Fraser Health Substance Use Services. Pregnant and newly parenting individuals are able to self-refer.
