Transitional Housing Program

Offers a safe living environment for men who have completed the addiction treatment program and are ready to reintegrate into the community where they can explore work, volunteering, and educational opportunities. Transitional homes are located throughout Metro Vancouver with each staffed by a live-in manager who ensures that residents are adhering to rules and following their individualized after-care plans. Residents must complete a comprehensive after-care plan in following up on vocational or educational opportunities, participate in one-on-one counselling sessions, and meet medical monitoring requirements. They are also required to attend a minimum of three 12-step based meetings per week, and participate in a weekly in-house meeting. Office hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday, and from 8 am to 12 noon on Fridays.
