Transitional Living Program

Provides individualized community living support to adults with a mental illness living in Delta, Surrey and White Rock. Also offers rental subsidies to support independent living. Services are recovery focused and promote independence and life skills development. Referrals are through Surrey/Delta/White Rock Mental Health and Substance Use Centres. Funded by Fraser Health.
