Turning Point (OARS) Drop-in Resource Center

Provides a safe and welcoming place for homeless individuals, seniors, and people with addiction issues or concurrent disorders (addiction and mental health issues) to connect with outreach workers and access computers, internet, showers, hygiene supplies, and other community resources. A hot lunch is served at 12 noon Monday to Wednesday for individuals accessing drop-in services. Hours are 10 am to 2 pm Monday to Wednesday, and from 10 am to 12 noon on Thursdays.
