Turning Point Outreach and Resource Support (OARS) Program

Outreach workers provide one-on-one support to Richmond residents with mental health and addiction issues, including access to support services and resources in the community such as wraparound services and referrals to housing. Aim is to facilitate entry into longer term outpatient and residential addiction and mental health programs. The program assists those who are vulnerable to or experiencing homeless as well as those who are housed. Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Funded in part by Ministry of Health.
