Union Gospel Mission Free Dental Clinic

Provides free dental hygiene care to individuals associated with the Union Gospel Mission such as residents of their facilities or participants of their programs. Services include assessments, treatment plans, cleanings, temporary replacement cavity fillings, and personal oral self-care education. Helps individuals understand dental benefits they might be entitled to and helps to fill out forms. Also provides information and referral to other free community dental clinics in the Lower Mainland. The clinic is at one of the Union Gospel Mission's residential facilities in Surrey and runs from January to early April and September to the end of November. Hours are 9 am to 3 pm but times are flexible to accommodate guests that need to come after work or school. By appointment only. In partnership with the University of British Columbia's School of Dentistry.
