Victim Services

Provides registered victims or their representatives with general information about federal corrections and conditional release, and certain information (scheduled reviews, decisions, releases) about the offender that harmed them, as long as that offender is under the jurisdiction of the Correctional Service of Canada and/or the Parole Board of Canada. Also provides public education to the general public, victim groups, victim-serving agencies, academic groups, and law enforcement and other criminal justice partners. Office hours are 8:30 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday.
