Service Description
Provides supportive housing with 24-hour on-site care for 48 residents with chronic mental health challenges. Residents are encouraged to work toward self-directed wellness goals that are developed and achieved with input and assistance from care teams and families. Referral required from Mental Health Housing Services. Funded by Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH).
