Service Description
Schedules hearings for disputed violation tickets and provides information and referral about paying or disputing a provincial violation ticket. Violation tickets are ordinary traffic tickets, typically issued for offences such as failing to stop or driving without insurance; most are issued by enforcement officers for offences against the Motor Vehicle Act and Motor Vehicle Regulation offences. Violation tickets can also be issued under any provincial statute included under the Offence Act, such as the Commercial Transport Act, Fisheries Act, Forest Act, Liquor Control, and Licensing Act. Provides relevant forms and applications (including for change of address) via website. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
