Addresses employment barriers encountered by people with physical disabilities. Supports them to return to a previous position, or to develop new job skills through education and training. Services include employment counselling; liaison arrangements with employers and insurance plan rehab consultants; assistance with obtaining funding and disability-related employment benefits; referral to government resources for assessment, education and training; and education for clients about their legal rights to work.
