Welcome Centre

A drop-in centre where vulnerable people struggling with homelessness, poverty, addiction, and/or mental illness can access support, have a snack, and engage with Nightshift volunteers. Services include free haircuts, movie nights, an art program, and Christian-based programs including for addiction and complex trauma. Also offers foot care, hearing testing, and vision care; see independent listing under health clinics. Centre drop-in hours are from 2 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday; during extreme weather (EWR) alerts during winter and summer, hours may be extended to 1 pm to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
