Supports Métis people with a history of homelessness by providing the essentials required to build a new future in their homes. Supports individuals and families with lived experience of homelessness who are transitioning to stable housing from a precarious living situation; individuals who are fleeing abuse; individuals who are leaving institutional settings; and youth transitioning out of care. Kits contain items necessary for living independently, and that assist with costs associated with transitioning through the housing spectrum, such as kitchen items, bedding and linens, cleaning supplies, groceries, and items identified specific to applicants' housing needs.
