Youth Excelling and Attaining Housing (YEAH!) Program

18-month housing subsidy program for youth who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness, have other identified risk factors, are in financial need, and feel ready, with support, to live independently. Offers financial assistance, psycho-educational and life skills group sessions, and case management. Supports youth to work towards wellness, stability, and community integration so they can maintain housing on their own after program completion.
