Youth Justice Court of Yukon

Hears all Criminal Code charges brought against youth ages 12 to 18. Promotes the long-term protection of the public by addressing the underlying circumstances that resulted in the youth's criminal behaviour, rehabilitates youth who commit offences and reintegrates them into society, and ensures meaningful consequences for youth offenders.
