Service Description
Provides intensive outreach support to youth ages 13 to 19 who are coping with multiple challenges affecting their well-being. Services help youth improve their personal safety, develop empowering, meaningful connections, and work on transitional planning. Service is delivered in the community in Delta, Langley, Surrey, or White Rock. Referral is through Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
