Provides both rent-geared-to-income and predetermined rent (rent set below average market rent) housing for single mothers with dependent children. For predetermined rent housing, total family income must fall between minimum and maximum established income limits. For rent-geared-to-income housing, there is maximum income limit but no minimum income limit. Onsite community development coordinator facilitates tenant meetings and events, as well as provides information on and referral to community resources. Operates 14 two- and three-bedroom units.
