  Staff and trained volunteers  provide Navigation and Peer Support (NPS) to older adults aged 55 and over, offering assistance with income and benefits such as Old Age Pension (OAP), Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), bus passes, and SAFER.

  Staff and trained volunteers  provide Navigation and Peer Support (NPS) to older adults aged 55 and over, offering assistance with income and benefits such as Old Age Pension (OAP), Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), bus passes, and SAFER. Support is also available for completing forms. Offers referrals for housing, health, and legal concerns, and operates an annual income tax clinic from early March to the end of April for low-income seniors and people with disabilities whose income is below $35,000 (individuals) or $45,000 (couples). Income tax support is also available year-round by appointment. Centre hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Navigation and Peer Support service hours are 10 am to 2 pm Monday to Thursday. While drop-ins may be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, booking in advance is recommended to ensure a full hour of service.
