Coordinates and promotes activities that support the health and well-being of seniors in Abbotsford and surrounding areas. Provides information and referral on programs and services being offered to seniors and their families. Seniors and Caregivers Social Cafe provides opportunities to socialize, refreshments, crafts, music, and games from 10 am to 12 noon Thursdays at Matsqui Seniors Centre (Matsqui Recreation Centre, 3106 Clearbrook Road). Book Bags is a free monthly delivery of books, magazines, and puzzles by volunteers. Other programs offered include LifeBox, a collection of documents essential for the preparation, composition, and arrangements that are all part of end-of-life care. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
