Abbotsford Hospice and Grief Support Society

Holmberg House provides hospice care for people in the last weeks or months of life. Access to hospice care beds is through the Fraser Health Palliative Care Team. For inquiries, individuals should call Abbotsford Home Health or the Fraser Health Access Line: Home and Community Care; do not contact the facility directly. Provides palliative support to adults aged 19 and over who are dying, as well as anticipatory grief support and support for people of all ages who are grieving the death of a loved one. Bereavement services include one-to-one companionship, virtual and/or telephone support, grief support groups, grief support materials, and referrals. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Nonprofit society, registered charity.
